QDM-CNC26T sheet forming machine includes four parts: wire feeding, stamping, sliding seat forming and post ejection(forming), which are composed of 3 axis (which can be added more axis) and servo control system.

The wire feeding system can send wire and send the wire back and forth in unlimited length. The reciprocating wire feeding can simplify the molding difficulty of complex forming parts, and reduce the design cost of the mold design.

The stamping system can finish the embryo material processing before forming, including punching, convex hull, material removal before forming, and deep-drawing and bending forming and so on. The use of stamping parts can reduce the processing working procedure and save secondary processing costs.

The sliding seat forming system is composed of a cam, a forming slide seat and a back cam. The angle of the forming sliding seat can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the complicated bending process of the micro electronics can be easily realized.

The post ejection (forming) system is composed of three groups of slide blocks, which are driven by high speed and strong lift cam. The utility model can realize the functions of core die movement, three-dimensional bending, step change,product ejection, etc., and the production benefit can be improved more quickly.
