SERVO SPINNER SYSTEM
The spinner is driven by cam, it rotates 360°and move left and right forward and back, or remain in a fixed position. All angles are control by computer. This machine has three functions: turning, pressing and forming.
SECONDARY MAKING STATION
Adding other the secondary making station to the machine is allowed to make extension springs, ie,
English loop, German loop or other special requirement.
The station use a cylinder air chunk to catch the the semi-finished springs from the machine and use a1.0kw servo motor to drive the main shaft for final forming.
The program between secondary making station and system are independent, so the production speed will be faster under the controlling programs.
