Qiao Ding Spring Machinery was founded in Taipei City in 1981. The first model, EN501, obtained technical patents in the United States (Patent No. 4947670) and China (Patent No. 92240999.4). Later, the core-turning technology (Patent No. 97216099) was invented, which created the EN-CNC502S classic model that has been best-selling in Asia-Pacific, occupying 60% of the domestic market share, becoming an industry benchmark, and laying a solid foundation for Qiao Ding's position in the Spring equipment.
With the rapid development of industry, the requirements for spring applications are getting higher and higher, the shapes are getting more and more complex, and the requirements for the functions and performance of spring machines are also getting higher and higher. Qiao Ding always takes market demand as its orientation. Following EN-CNCN502S, it has successively developed CNC spring coiling machines, CNC multi-axis universal spring forming machines and CNC stamping forming machines. The models can cover the processing wire diameter n0.1-8.0mm and the flat strip thickness T0.3-6.0mm. In order to meet the processing needs of customers, several self-owned patented auxiliary processing devices have been developed: ear clamps (93243241.7) for producing tension springs, chamfering machines (98204621.9), winding (97225586), and tempering devices (on the machine), which improve the production efficiency and functions of the equipment.
