Secondary Making Station:
For shaped extension springs, such as English or German style springs, a secondary processing station can be added to the main machine. This secondary processing station uses a 1.0KW servo motor to drive a cylinder arm to clamp the semi-finished springs produced by the main machine, and then perform secondary processing. The control and cam system of the secondary processing station operates independently, thus increasing production speed.
Adding the secondary making station to the machine is allowed for making extension springs, i.e., English loop, German loop, or other special requirements. The station uses a pneumatic cylinder to grip the semi-finished springs from the machine and uses a 1.0kW servo motor to drive the main shaft for final forming. The program control between the secondary making station and the system is independent, so the production speed will be faster under the controlling programs.
Servo Spinner System:
The winding device slide is driven by a cam, allowing for rotation exceeding 360 degrees, as well as left and right reciprocating or fixed-point movements. The computer controls the angular position, and the machine has three modes of operation: rotation, pressing, and forming.
