• The QDM-26 mechanical molding machine consists of four main parts: wire feeding, stamping, slider molding, and rear ejection (molding), using a mechanical structure.

• Using an arm-type mechanical principle, it can accurately feed materials into the punch forming device, with feeding accuracy controlled within 0.02 mm, ensuring the precision of your products.

• The stamping mechanism can complete pre-molding processing, including punching, embossing, pre-forming material removal, and bending and forming. Using the stamping section can reduce processing steps and save secondary processing costs.

• The slider mechanism consists of a cam, molding slider, and return cam. The angle and direction of the forming slider can be adjusted arbitrarily, easily achieving complex microelectronics bending processing.

• The rear ejection (molding) mechanism consists of three sets of slider devices, driven by a high-speed cam. It can achieve core mold movement, three-dimensional bending, step change, and product ejection, thus improving production efficiency.

• Optional 3D processing seats are available. Using a 3D processing seat will help you complete complex product molding.
