•The QDM-CNC40T sheet metal forming machine consists of four major parts: wire feeding, stamping, slide forming, and post-ejection (forming). It utilizes a 12-axis servo control system (with the option to add more axes).

•The wire feeding mechanism allows for unlimited length wire feeding and reciprocating wire feeding. Reciprocating wire feeding simplifies the forming process of complex parts, reducing mold design costs.

•The stamping unit performs pre-forming processing of the blank material, including punching, embossing, pre-forming material removal, deep drawing, bending, etc. Using the stamping unit reduces processing steps and saves secondary processing costs.

•The slide mechanism consists of a cam, a forming slide, and a return cam. The angle and direction of the forming slide can be adjusted arbitrarily, easily achieving complex bending processing for microelectronics.

•The post-ejection (forming) mechanism consists of three sets of slide block devices, driven by a high-speed, strong-force cam. It can achieve core die movement, three-dimensional bending, step changes, product ejection, etc., thus improving production efficiency.

•Optional parts include a three-dimensional processing seat and a curling machine. These will help you complete complex product forming.
